Use a scrap of the door jamb to scribe the threshold angle transfer the angle to the door stop on the replacement jamb and notch the jamb.
Build up toekick and subfloor with pressure treated lumber.
Use reciprocating saw to cut the nails securing toekick.
If they are rotting purchase new ones cut to the same measurements as the sill and install them at the same time.
